We are a rapidly expanding digital fashion startup at the cutting edge of integrating advanced technology with the latest fashion trends. Our mission is to transform the fashion industry with innovative digital solutions. We are in search of a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth, manage client relations, and help us achieve our ambitious goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute an effective sales strategy that aligns with Seamm's business objectives and targets.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking within the fashion industry.
  • Client Acquisition: Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, turning leads into long-term, loyal clients.
  • Partnerships: Secure partnerships with fashion brands and tech companies to expand Seamm’s market presence.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Market Insight: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to position Seamm competitively in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in the fashion industry. Proven success in driving revenue growth and managing client relationships.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Fashion Knowledge: Experience working within the fashion industry is essential, though no prior knowledge of digital fashion is required.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
  • Proactive Approach: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with fashion industry trends and key players.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for fashion and sales, with a desire to contribute to transforming the industry.
