The people of the Global South will now have the ability to freely message anyone, trade around 500 payment methods on its marketplace, and make payments peer-to-peer—all with a Bitcoin wallet that acts as a store of value.

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our strong Data team. In this role, you will manage and optimise our data infrastructure, build data pipelines, and work with modern data tools and platforms.

What To Do

• Manage and maintain modern ClickHouse and Apache Airflow environments.
• Develop, implement, and maintain data pipelines for efficient data flow and processing.
• Set up and manage data ingestion from external sources such as S3, APIs and Kafka.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure data quality, reliability, and accessibility.

We Require

• Proven experience managing a DWH in a production environment. Experience with ClickHouse will be the best.
• Strong expertise in Python programming.
• Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with microservice development.
• Experience working with Kafka for data streaming and integration.

Work

• Fine to work Remotely (Europe, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia) or in Tallinn office.
