Marketing (Brand) Manager

🚀The Role

• Generating ideas and special projects within the brand strategy
• Researching and updating data on the audience and industry
• Understanding and monitoring current product and marketing metrics
• Leading a small team (up to 1-2 ppl)
• Breaking down the strategy into an actionable operational plan with projects and tasks for the team
• Creating an action plan for the upcoming years
• Ensuring deadlines are met within the budget and goals
• Budgeting approved projects and ensuring they are completed within the approved budgets
• Building a contractor database

👀 Who we seek

Language and location:

• Fluent in English (C1 level) with strong conversational skills.
• Anywhere as long as it is comfortable for you to work within CET time zone (excluding Russia or Belarus)

Skills

• Experience in B2C project management
• Ability to autonomously manage projects
• Experience working in any foreign market (priority given to the USA)
• People management experience
• Ability to adapt to the fast pace of a startup
• Understanding of funnel-building principles

🏆 Terms

• Remote work;
• Must be available 5 days a week and have at least 2 working hours overlap with the team and clients;
• Salary up to $3000 Depending on the interview and test task results.
