The Open Platform is a team of enthusiastic professionals united by the goal of creating blockchain products used every day by hundreds of millions of people all over the world.

Through our venture initiatives, we are creating a collaborative community of multi-million-dollar companies that develop unique services in The Open Network (TON) Blockchain ecosystem — the first crypto technology adopted by mass audiences.

We are seeking an HR partner to join our venture builder and assist with our portfolio companies.

Administrative Work:

  • Coordinate HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including processing employee data changes.
  • Oversee alternative employment forms and ensure compliance with labor legislation in the relevant country.
  • Facilitate employee relocation when necessary and collaborate with finance and legal departments to optimize strategies and processes for working with vendors and contractors.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a positive start to their journey with us.
  • Manage offboarding processes respectfully and comprehensively.

Employee Relations:

  • Monitor team dynamics and proactively identify potential issues, contributing to their resolution at the departmental level.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Participate in organizing internal events (hackathons, webinars, online marathons etc)

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, and provide regular reporting on HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a Team Partner, HR Business Partner, or HR Partner
  • Expertise in one or more HR areas such as Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Onboarding, or Compliance is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Previous experience in a multinational company.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust across all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
