SMM/ community manager

We are looking for a SMM/community manager in Applied Sciences Innovation Laboratory and Venture Studio with an in‑house incubator

🚀 What we expect from you
 ● At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
● Proven track record in managing brand communication on social media platforms (Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). 
● Proficiency in English and Russian/Belarusian. 
● A proactive, motivated attitude towards professional growth and expanding knowledge in social media.

Nice to have 
● Experience in the startup or tech industry. 
● Hands-on experience in running social media ad campaigns. 
● Familiarity with social media management tools. 
● Proficiency with design and video creation tools like Canva and CapCut. 
● Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Slack and Miro.

🚀 What you'll be doing: 
● Managing and creating content for social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram)
● Building relationships with the online community by engaging with followers and responding to comments and questions. 
● Using analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess campaign success. 
● Optimizing content based on data insights to boost engagement and meet business goals.
