IT Recruiter

Hi there! 👋 We’re Talentway, and we’re looking for a part-time recruiter to help create and moderate content for our platform. 

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞 𝐃𝐨 
Talentway matches job seekers with open roles. Candidates register on our platform and receive daily job recommendations curated by our AI. We operate exclusively in the U.S. market. 

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨 
1️⃣ Job Sourcing: Find and add relevant job postings to our platform.
2️⃣ Moderation: Review and adjust jobs to ensure they meet our standards, working alongside AI to ensure accuracy.

!! All work must be completed daily by 5 a.m. New York time. The work will take 4 to 5 hours per day. 
So 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐆𝐌𝐓+3-𝐆𝐌𝐓+11 is possible for this job.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫 
- Fully remote, part-time, hourly format (monthly fixed rates can also be discussed). 
- Current team members earn $700–$900 depending on workload. 

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫 
✅ Strong English skills (all job postings are in English). 
✅ Recruitment experience in IT (preferably with SaaS GTM roles)—you’ll need a sharp eye to quickly spot what’s important in job descriptions. 
✅ Attention to detail —our platform content must be flawless. 
✅ Willingness to complete a short test task (2–3 hours).
