About the Role

As a Computer Vision Team Lead at Glam, you will lead the development of cutting-edge AI-driven solutions to enhance video and image editing. Your expertise in computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning frameworks, including diffusion models, stylization, and GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of video content creation tools. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the computer vision team in developing and optimizing algorithms for image/video processing, stylization, and content generation.
• Drive the development of machine learning models, including diffusion models, GANs, and other advanced techniques, to improve content generation and visual effects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to integrate CV solutions into user-facing products.
• Analyze performance metrics to continuously refine and optimize algorithms.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and CV technologies to incorporate cutting-edge techniques into Glam’s product offerings.

Qualifications

1. Experience:
   • Minimum of 5 years of experience in computer vision, machine learning, or a related field.
   • Proven track record of leading teams in developing CV-based applications.
   • Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks, including diffusion models, GANs, and stylization techniques.
   • Experience in delivering real-time video processing features for apps or platforms.
   • Proven experience in solving generation tasks.
2. Technical Skills:
   • Expertise in CV algorithms for content generation.
   • Proficiency in Python.
   • Experience with cloud-based solutions for large-scale model deployment.
   • Additional Skills (Preferred):
     • Familiarity with tools like OpenCV, Mediapipe, or equivalent.
     • Strong background in optimizing models for mobile devices.
     • Handling large datasets and working on real-time applications.
