IT Project Manager

Over the last 4 years, we’ve built more than 40 digital health products in different health segments, spreading positive change to thousands of people.

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and skilled Project Manager to join our expanding team at Nozomi. As a key player, you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge health tech products, making a significant impact on the digital health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from inception, ensuring adherence to timelines and high-quality development.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation to facilitate seamless project progression.
• Drive Agile methodologies, conducting essential Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Actively engage with partners, effectively managing client expectations at all project stages.
• Effectively handle 2-3 projects simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years as an IT project manager in web and mobile development and design.
• Confidently apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize project workflows.
• Punctuality is a key trait; meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality project delivery is paramount.
• Successfully trialed, launched, and iterated innovative mobile products.
• Experience in budget and resource management.
• Proficient in spoken and written English! (B2+).

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience in business analysis.
• Relevant management education.
• Familiarity with the digital health or wellness sector.
