⚡Technical Support Specialist⚡️ & ⚡️ NOC Engineer ⚡️(with and without work experience)

and to join the team of Israeli global data MVNO delivering global connectivity and IoT services worldwide.

📍Location: Riga On-site

⏰ Full-time

💰 Up 2000 EUR Gross

🖥️What we expect from a successful candidate:

• Fluent English
• Education in telecommunication

From  NOC

• Previous experience working with technical support and troubleshooting in mobile technologies (mobile core & roaming) and/or familiar with mobile networks & technologies (2g, 3g, 4g, 5g structure and technology)

From Technical Support Specialist

• 1+ year customer support background
