Marketing Assistant (remote)

Effectiff is expanding its Marketing team and we’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic global organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Marketing Department, support creative campaigns, and help manage our growing portfolio of brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule engaging posts across various social media platforms using Canva.
• Assist with the coordination and execution of Email Marketing campaigns.
• Manage and grow Effectiff’s presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms, utilizing advertising and growth features.
• Provide organizational support and coordination across the Marketing Department.

Requirements:

• Fluent English is a must.
• 1+ year experience in a relevant role

Proficiency in:

• Working in Canva
• LinkedIn for posting, advertising, and growth strategies.
• YouTube for content optimization and scheduling.
