B2B Sales Manager (Generalist)

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager (Generalist) to drive growth in our Global Transfers business stream. You will be responsible for expanding our presence in the travel, corporate mobility, and hospitality sectors, as well as building strong relationships with top travel companies, OTAs, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads in the travel, corporate mobility, and hospitality sectors + transportation providers;
• Build and manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to deal closure;
• Conduct outreach and meetings with decision-makers;
• Negotiate contracts and close deals;
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.

Required Skills

Hard Skills:

• 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in travel, travel tech, hospitality, or transportation industries.
• Strong negotiation skills for working with both SMEs and large enterprises.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus).
• Understanding of B2B sales metrics and ability to track performance.
• Fluent communication in English (C1), knowledge of Russian will be a plus.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Familiarity with outreach tools (LinkedIn, Apollo.io, etc.).
• Experience in participating trade fairs and industry events will be a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and adaptability.
• Self-motivated with a high level of autonomy.
• Willingness to travel when required.
   

Salary Range

• Fixed salary plus bonus & KPI-based incentives available
