Cash Loan Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Cash Loan Product Manager to lead the development, growth, and profitability of our cash loan product. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer lending, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for driving product strategy, ensuring competitiveness, managing unit economics, and delivering key business outcomes in line with the overall business plan. Interested? What you will do:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Mobile App, Risk, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure delivery of product volumes and profitability in line with the business plan.
• Customer Development & Product Hypotheses: Initiate and execute customer development (custdev) activities to understand user needs. Formulate and validate product hypotheses through experiments and A/B testing.
• Unit Economics Ownership: Own and continuously monitor the unit economics of the cash loan product, ensuring profitability and sustainability. Propose and implement initiatives to improve margins and cost efficiency.
• Product Differentiation & Competitiveness: Design and implement innovative features and product mechanics that differentiate our offering in the market. Regularly benchmark competitors and suggest improvements to maintain a competitive edge.
• Business Planning: Actively participate in the formulation and periodic revision of the business plan for the product. Provide input based on market insights, customer feedback, and portfolio performance.
• Product Development & Backlog Ownership: Own the product development backlog. Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and work with tech and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Performance Analytics & Reporting: Proactively analyze the performance of the cash loan portfolio. Maintain operational dashboards and analytical reports to support decision-making and provide transparency to stakeholders.

What you should have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services, consumer lending, or fintech
• Strong analytical skills, experience working with data and A/B testing frameworks
• Solid understanding of lending unit economics and financial modeling
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including tech, marketing, sales, and finance
• Proven track record of launching or growing financial products
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
