SEARADAR is building an international yacht marketplace powered by advanced internal automation from integrations with dozens of data sources to intelligent yacht matching for clients. Our service helping clients from the EU, the UK, and Israel find and book the perfect yachts — with or without a skipper.
Sales model is based on inbound leads from our website: we communicate with clients via WhatsApp and phone calls, prepare personalized yacht offers, and guide them through the booking process.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales department: set goals, track performance, and ensure the quality of client communication.
- Monitor team responsiveness and message quality across CRM and communication channels.
- Develop, implement, and optimize sales processes.
- Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and performance development of sales managers.
- Design and manage the motivation and bonus system.
- Personally handle high-ticket sales and key clients.
- Analyze key metrics: conversion rates, average deal value, and lead quality.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and customer experience.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Contribute to overall sales strategy and scaling of the department
Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a similar sales leadership position (Head of Sales / Sales Lead / Sales Director)
- English level B2 or higher (daily communication with international clients and team)
- Strong CRM skills (HubSpot, Pipedrive, amoCRM, or similar)
- Data-driven mindset: ability to track and improve sales funnel performance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on attitude — able to balance strategy and direct sales activity
Nice to have
- Experience in travel, luxury, hospitality, or charter industries.
- Understanding of sales processes in the EU and UK markets.
- Experience working in international, remote teams
