Business System Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business System Analyst to join the team of a well-established FinTech company, working on-site in Cyprus.

What makes you an ideal candidate:

💡A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

💡 Over 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, particularly in roles like Systems Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.

💡 Deep familiarity with modern requirement's analysis methodologies, including crafting Use Cases and User Stories.

💡Proven ability to design comprehensive solutions starting from the ground up.

💡Solid grasp of non-functional requirements and their significance in the software development lifecycle.

💡Strong understanding of system integration processes and the capability to map out integration frameworks across diverse systems using tools like Kafka.

💡Practical knowledge of business workflows and modelling techniques such as BPMN and UML.

💡Proficiency in Web Services, RESTful APIs, HTTP protocols, and microservices design principles.

💡Strong database expertise, including SQL skills for independently extracting and analyzing data.

💡A foundational knowledge of user interface and user experience design concepts.

💡Familiarity with iterative development methodologies and frameworks like Scrum.

💡A solid theoretical background in algorithm design, database structures, systems analysis, and information security.

💡Basic awareness of core infrastructure elements, including networking, virtualization, servers, operating systems, and data centers.

💡Hands-on experience or working knowledge in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, or C++).

💡Exceptional communication skills.

💡Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
