Head of Marketing Department

Обязанности:

• ​Defines the targets and activity plan of his/her department in line with the strategy and budget of the Company
• In charge of the launching and the coordination of the new products with Distributors
• Follows and analyses the client's behaviors (customer centricity).
• Building digital marketing,  generate leads and etc.
• Maintains market expertise and knowledge of competitors, distributors, business environment
• Makes any proposal, take any action which can contribute to the development of the business activities and the profitability of the Company

Требования:

• ​Master in Marketing, Economics or Business Administration, or equivalent
• Good knowledge of strategic marketing and digital
• 5 years of experience in a financial institution (life insurance or), with at least 2 years in a sales & managerial position, gained with reputed financial institution(s)
• Experienced in organizational and office procedures
• High autonomy, and ability to take initiatives, prioritize and organize actions
• Fluency in English (upper intermediate +)
