UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team at our office in Cyprus or remotely. You will be able to take part in the creation of a large fintech project. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop interactive prototypes and design layouts for complex web interfaces
• Monitor the implementation of projects during the development stage
• Work on the improvement and development of the design system
• Explore and immerse in company products, designing interfaces based on collected data
• Work in a team with other designers under the guidance of the design lead
• Interact with product and development teams

Key competencies:

• 2+ years of experience with complex systems interfaces  
• Relevant portfolio with interface work
• Ability to create a good UI interface 
• Proficiency in Figma at an advanced level (working with auto-layouts, components, styles, variants). Knowledge of variable (token) principles is a plus
• Ability to create interactive prototypes
• Ability to populate and maintain a design system
• Ability to conduct research (competitive analysis, UX-tests, interviews)
• Knowledge of English at Intermediate level or above will be a plus
