We are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our Dextra team - a cutting-edge startup revolutionizing the sales industry with its AI-powered sales assistant. Designed to save time and boost conversions, Dextra helps sales professionals close more deals efficiently.
Dextra is an internal project of Solar Staff, headquartered in Cyprus.
What you will be responsible for
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach to identify and engage potential clients;
- Conduct product demos via Zoom;
- Manage and close deals, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all sales documentation;
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline, tracking progress and performance through each stage.
What we expect from the candidate
- At least 2 years of experience as an SDR, Sales Representative, or in a similar role;
- Experience working in startups and/or high-uncertainty environments (where USP and target audience may change quickly);
- Experience in international sales;
- Outreach experience;
- Proficient in tools for cold calling: LinkedIn, Calendly, lemlist/Instantly, Pipedrive, etc.;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients;
- Willingness to take responsibility for clients after a successful sale;
- Genuine enthusiasm and passion for sales;
- Proficiency in English at B2+ level.
