Project Manager for AI R&D Team

Role Summary: MTLAB is seeking a visionary Project Manager to lead our R&D team, driving the development of cutting-edge AI SaaS. This role involves team coordination, management of both in-house specialists and external contractors, and coordination of all project activities, from concept to execution, ensuring milestones are met within time and budget constraints.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage a diverse in-house team.

• Negotiate and manage relationships with contractors.

• Lead cross-functional teams in development, managing timelines, and resources.

• Identify project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

• Monitor and ensure the quality of AI models and systems.

• Manage the project budget to stay within financial limits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Project Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within tech or user-centric sectors.

• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.

• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with data protection and privacy laws.
