Job Vacancy: Customer Support Specialist

Part-time employment

Pay: $10.00 per hour

Main Responsibilities:

• Text-based communication with clients in English
• Assistance with app usage
• Handling cancellations and refunds
• Occasionally, simple additional tasks may arise

Schedule:

• Flexible hours ranging from 2 to 6 hours per day
• Days off and work hours to be discussed within the team
• Hourly payment in USD
• Long-term collaboration

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in support department
• English proficiency of at least B2
• Ability to use Google services and quickly adapt to new tools
