We are looking for our partner — a holding in the IT, finance and digital sector — a Chief Customer Support Officer who will take on a key role in building and developing customer support processes.
Requirements
Proven experience as a CEO, Head of Client Relationship/Customer Support, or in a similar senior role.
Strong background in customer acquisition strategies.
In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and customer lifecycle management, including touchpoints such as email, SMS, calls, and other channels.
Technical expertise in CRM platforms and analytical tools.
Understanding of communication practices across calls, email, SMS, chat, and messaging platforms.
Sales experience.
English level B2–C1.
Willingness to relocate to Cyprus.
Responsibilities
Oversee customer relationships with both new and existing clients through CRM systems.
Ensure CRM systems support an effective sales funnel.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.
Manage key CRM processes: registration, retention, activation, reactivation, deposits, and related strategies.
Identify and propose new methods to improve customer experience.
Support the organization of promotional events to engage prospective clients.
Conduct research on Contact Center performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
