We are looking for result-oriented Sales Closers who are passionate about their job and ready to work hard. The main goal for this position is finalizing deals with the company's potential customers and helping them make a big step towards career changes in their lives!
About us
Careerist is an online learning platform that trains tech job seekers and automates their job applications with software, leading to faster and higher placement. It features live and self-paced training via adaptive-learning software and partnerships with third-party tutors who teach on Careerist's infrastructure. It was founded by serial entrepreneurs in 2019 and has been backed by YCombinator and other VC investors with $10M in funding.
Techcrunch’s review of Careerist states: "Edtech meets SaaS in Careerist’s job placement learning platform. The startup trains job seekers through live and self-paced training taught by third-party tutors. The adaptive learning software is meant to help candidates prepare for tech interviews. Once a candidate is well equipped, Careerist uses automation to help them apply for jobs."
Responsibilities:
- Call qualified leads to initiate the sales process;
- Finalize sales deals with clients;
- Discuss terms with potential customers and encourage contract signing;
- Ask open-ended questions to understand customer requirements;
- Address doubts and concerns effectively;
- Meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
Background:
- Your level of English is at a proficient level (C1 or higher) with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- You possess a dynamic and highly energetic personality, with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges;
- You have a proven track record of successful B2C sales experience in the US market, demonstrating exceptional persuasion and negotiation skills;
- Remote work is your preferred working arrangement, as you excel in a self-motivated and independent work environment;
- You have a strong inclination to thrive in an American startup, showcasing your talents while making a positive impact on people's lives.
