Hi, we're Winest! We're a startup making wine discovery and purchasing delightfully simple. Though we're in our early stages, we've built a highly engaged audience—with email open rates of 40% (yes, we're pretty proud of that!).
Right now, we're looking for a proactive CRM Manager to join our team and lead our customer retention strategy. If you're passionate about crafting campaigns, analyzing data, and driving measurable business results, we want to talk to you.
You'll create personalized customer experiences across email, SMS, and notifications, working closely with our Content, Analytics, and Product teams to deliver meaningful results. Join our early-stage startup and help shape Winest's future while making a significant impact.
Your Key Responsibilities 👇
- Design and execute CRM strategies: Create campaigns and automated workflows across email, SMS, and push notifications to drive customer retention, engagement, and sales.
- Craft customer journeys: Design personalized messaging for every stage of the customer lifecycle, from first purchase to loyal customer.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with our Content team to bring campaigns to life, while coordinating with Product and Analytics for smooth execution.
- Own and analyze performance: Track key metrics (open rates, retention, LTV, conversions), conduct A/B tests, and optimize campaigns using customer data.
- Drive innovation: Identify new ways to connect with customers, test fresh approaches, and implement creative solutions.
- Lead independently: Act as a true business partner by driving CRM initiatives and proposing new ideas proactively.
What You Bring 🔎
- Experience and independence: 3+ years in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing, ideally with expertise in Shopify and Klaviyo.
- Results-driven mindset: A passion for achieving measurable impact through your work.
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and make informed decisions to enhance performance.
