About the position

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to our UAE office to build and implement modern best talent practices in line with QIC Group’s Center of ​ role is focused on strengthening recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR automation, while ensuring alignment with business needs and talent strategy.
 

Responsibilities

  • Build efficient hiring processes in partnership with hiring managers
  • Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new joiners in UAE office
  • Support implementation of evaluation and performance review cycle
  • Apply CoE methodology to ensure alignment with QIC Group standards
  • Partner with business leaders to identify development needs and career paths
  • Introduce and manage HR tech solutions to optimize people practices
  • Track and analyze KPIs (time-to-hire, retention, eNPS, performance ratings)
  • Apply digital HR innovations for retail-level employees and customer-facing talent
  • Support initiatives in employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational design

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 6-8 years of HR experience, preferably in multinational or retail/digital companies
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • Familiarity with HR automation tools (HRIS, ATS, analytics dashboards)
  • Strong tech orientation and interest in HR innovation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to balance operational delivery with strategic HR partnership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
