We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst who will bridge customer insights and marketing strategy. This role is focused on analyzing how different customer segments interact with our product and marketing channels to inform better targeting, positioning, and messaging. You’ll work with both behavioral data and qualitative feedback to help shape campaigns, optimize funnel performance, and fine-tune communication across the customer journey.

What You Will Do
- Conduct quantitative analysis of user behavior to uncover trends in product adoption, feature usage, activation, and churn.
- Set up and maintain custom events and properties in Mixpanel.
- Troubleshoot tracking issues and discrepancies between Mixpanel, HubSpot, and ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads).
- Ensure accurate attribution of leads to marketing channels and campaigns.
- Analyze sales and success calls, onboarding forms, and customer stories to extract insights for strategic messaging.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to refine value propositions based on customer insights.
- Analyze digital marketing campaigns and business data to
deliver actionable insights and drive strategic decisions
What You Need
- 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst, Product Marketing Analyst, or similar analytics role.
- Hands-on experience with Mixpanel or similar analytics tools.
- Ability to connect quantitative data and qualitative insights.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to present clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with English proficiency at B2+ level.
