Our Hotel Marketing and PR will be responsible for:
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop Yearly Marketing plan for the property based on the Message house and hotel development strategy and allocated budget and approve with GM and ASO before activation
- Review Message house on the yearly base due to the current hotel positioning
- Initiate and lead the hotel activities in order to promote the main hotel USPs/repositioning and hotel venues for the target audience
- In cooperation with other departments develop the product for the guest experience (depending on the property specifics)
- Develop and implement the SMM strategy for the property (and venues)
- Create Monthly PR and Marketing report for ASO on the hotel activities
- Quarterly reporting to ASO about implementation of the Hotel Marketing plan
- Develop the yearly marketing plan for the F&B outlets and execute it
Sales support from Marketing:
- Create the Hotel presentation and Radisson Meetings Brochure for/in cooperation with the Sales team (ideally to create the presentation for each segment: Automoto, Pharma, Corporate, ect. based on their needs and expectations)
- Develop the sales brochure using the BAT tool
- Development and implementation of templates and tools for hotels (i.e. M&E proposal)
- Ensure update on all M&E sites and materials
- Develop and create the give aways for the sales, events ect.
- Work closely with National and Destination Tourism Organisation to ensure that our M&E promotions, listnings and other marketing communications are updated
- Local b2b partnership (ASO approval required);
- Marketing support of B2B focused sales activities and campaigns
PR-Manager responsibilites:
- Develop PR-plan for the year (incl. Strategy)
- Plan and execute press trips and media events
- Do research and gather material for news stories
- Seek opportunities for awareness building
- Write articles / press releases
- Distribute press/news releases (when approved by GM + ADPR)
- Liaison between media and spokesperson (GM)
- Initiate the cooperation with the journalists and bloggers to promote the property among the target audience
- Ensure participation in hotel and business events, prepare speakers for speeches
- Seek out and promote partnership programmes
- Manage crisis communications and prevent reputational risks during crises
- Conduct webinars and training sessions for the team on communications and PR
Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
- Analyze individual hotel Online/E-commerce performance (including Marketing Channels’ cost analysis) in order of identifying hotel specific opportunities and implementing necessary actions to maximize the Revenue
- Assist hotel team in planning and budgeting E-commerce Marketing activities; Adjust the activities and spends based on changes in business environment
- In conjunction with ASO team coordinate Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Management (SEM = Paid Search) and Media ADs, review digital assets (Google My Business, TripAdvisor) and major Online placements to ensure the content is correct and optimal
- Initiate, create and perform (with an agency) Digital campaigns and activities aimed to drive BrandWeb profitability and traffic
- Analyze the results of E-promotions and campaigns
- In close collaboration with Area team focus on Online profitability
Content Management:
- Use BAT as the main source for marketing materials production
- Develop and constantly update collaterals and other marketing materials based on the guidelines and upon request from other departments (m&e, f&d etc) – confirm all ASO the final artwotk
- Conduct regular audits of hotel BrandWeb page to ensure the content is up-to-date ( updated images, text, links, translations, room descriptions and amenities, seasonality, ect)
- Conduct regular audits of OTAs, metas, bil and booking funnel to update content together with copy and photos (in cooperation with revenue manager)
- M&E Radisson Meetings Brand Standards/Brilliant Basics marketing/content related items implementation;
- Regular self-audit and timely update of M&E web-page, etc, all B2B client facing materials
- Update M&E assets based on the new Radisson Meetings brand guides
- Confirm all customer faced materials with ASO team
- Constant imagery updates on Ice Portal
- Prearrival content creation and update, if relevant
- Create SMM content plan, create content based on it, activities, boost posts, moderate comments
- Create and Maintain Congress center/Bar/Restaurants SMM accounts and webpages
- Make sure all the pictures are up-to-date and are based on the brand guidelines, all rooms categories have the appropriate pictures, or initiate the new photo shootings (before and during photo shooting develop a detailed brief, planning, timing and communicate with ALL stakeholders around the photoshoot incl. hotel operation, photographer, model agency etc)
Guest Experience
- Ensure that proper guest experience is provided following the brand standards
- Cooperate with operations and other department to ensure that all marketing materials are in place according to brand standards
- Make internal audit and ensure that the hotel is prepared for QPR

- Access to Workfront

- Proven experience in a PR & Marketing, ideally within a hotel environment
- Ability to adapt to changing service environments

Minimum education: National academic qualifications
Minimum experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in Sales
Language skills: Very good command of written and spoken English
